My Puddin' Pie

Our next sensory activity was inspired by a blog/facebook comment. I can't remember who said it but they said they let their child play with pudding on a cookie sheet. Well, I liked that idea, but I decided to take it one step further! All of the supplies are shown below. It's super easy and so much fun! Gideon really loved it! Especially when he realized he could eat the pudding :)

It's just three small bowls, wax paper, a cookie sheet, a few large marshmallows, pudding and food coloring!

We mixed up our vanilla pudding just like it says to on the box and then I separated it into three bowls and made  three different colors...red, blue and yellow!

I gave G a marshmallow and showed him how to dip it into the colors and he could "paint" with it. As you can see from his face he tried EVERY color LOL

Eventually, he got tired of using the marshmallow and , to my surprise, dug right in with his hands. He wasn't sure how he felt about it at first, but like I said...when I showed him he could lick it off he thought it was so cool.

Yum! Yum! Pudding painting is fun!
